Chad Taylor

My name is Chad Taylor. I have been a UPSer/ Teamster since 1994. I was a steward from July 2013 through February 2022. I was hired as your business agent in February 2022 and represented you until January 2023. If you did not know me then ask around. My role was simple, representing the members to the best of my ability period! We have seen our union drift further from where it was to what we have now, NO representation. Martin Guillen

My name is Martin Guillen, I have been a teamster for 16 years. Brian Ahearn appointed me a steward for 2 1/2 years until removed by current leadership. I started as a pre-loader while I was part-time I worked as a lumper in material handling for Tyson for 3 years on b-shift. My views as a steward were to strongly back up the members especially when it comes to seniority as well as harassment from management which should not be tolerated. I also am aware of the struggles that employees go through at Tyson as well as UPS. It's TIME FOR CHANGE. # VOTE THE SLATE TAYLOR/GUILLEN 2025
Bryan Conner

My name is Bryan Conner. I've been a upser in Abilene now for 11 years as of March '25. I've been a union member since I was able to sign on. I was hired on as a pre-loader and within 4 months became a TCD/air driver. In '19 I became a full time driver. I've seen the changes the company has made over the course of those years and I believe we have an opportunity to make the changes necessary to adapt to those changes that will best represent our members! If we are elected I plan to best represent our union as a whole in helping make the decisions necessary to help make a difference and bring a more unified union. I will listen to the members and do everything in my ability to help make that difference! This position isn't just a job it's a way of life for me and the others on this slate. I believe that we can make improvements that will overall benefit the local 577 union as a whole!
Paul Juarez

My name is Paul Juarez and I have been a teamster for 18 years. I was appointed a union steward by Chad Taylor and Brian Ahearn in August of 2021 and have held that position as well as being a seasoned driver for the past 9 years. Before becoming a driver, I was a loader in the warehouse and then a TCD driver for the next 7 years. I keep my knowledge of the contract as well as union and UPS procedures, to ensure that I am confident in the information I pass on to others. My experience and commitment to the union and well as my knowledge of UPS allows me to help my fellow union members succeed in their day to day tasks. I make myself available to anyone needing advice or help when dealing with management or other workers. Help to others has always been a priority for me. # VOTE THE SLATE TAYLOR/GUILLEN 2025
Brent Dyer

I started working at UPS in February of 2000 at which time I became a member of the Teamsters Local 577. I have been a package driver for 23 years of my 25 years at UPS. I have been representing the members in the Abilene UPS center since 2011 when Brian Ahearn President of the Local 577 asked me to work for the members as a Union Steward . In August of 2022 I became Business Agent at the Local 577 until January 2023. I then continued my career at UPS as a package driver. My goal is to bring integrity, honesty, transparency, and respect to the Local 577 by hard work and true members first mentality. Vote Brent Dyer for Trustee and the Taylor/Guillen slate . Earl McKinney

My name is Earl McKinney, I will have been a teamster member for 33 years this year. I began my career with UPS in 1992, since then I have had many roles within the company including Reloader, Pre-Loader, Air Driver, Temporary Cover Driver, Package Car Driver, and Union Steward. Prior to working at UPS, I spent time mentoring at the Boys and Girls Club. It is very fulfilling when I run into one of the young men that I mentored who are now thriving in life. The current state of the union is not what it was when I began my career with UPS and it is time for a change. This is why I am running for Vice President of the Teamsters; I am committed to bringing solidarity back and having our voices heard. There needs to be more follow through and what is promised should be delivered. I will advocate for an environment that is more conducive for a healthy work life balance. I am committed to advocate for what is right and just and I will work to earn your vote. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I'm George Soto , I have been an employee of UPS for 26 years . In 1999, I began as a preloader. Within 4 years of working in pre load I had worked all positions. I began driving as a tcd driver in 2001 and I became a full time driver in 2004 . I served as a union steward in 2015- 2017. My decision to resign as a union steward was due to the union not holding a higher standard. Another reason I resigned was that the company was not accountable for following the contract that we as teamster's hold. As a member of local 577, I feel that many changes have to be made for every member represented. My hope in representing you would be to educate you on your rights as a teamster. I want the opportunity to bring unity amongst us. As teamsters, we can all work together for a safer and enjoyable work environment. Vote the Taylor/Guillen slate. #TIME FOR CHANGE
